Message from the Mayor

Good Day Residents!

I know that you are ready for Spring and Summer to finally arrive in Ohio!

We have accepted the land next door to the Municipal Building.  If all goes well with the plans I have for the property, we will eventually see a shelter house, ball diamond and basketball hoop back on the property.

I will be applying for the CDBG grant in April.  If awarded, it will be to replace 2" waterline down Maple Street.  I'm working to get all the old line out of the Village and eventually have all new lines.  These lines were put in during the 70's and need to be replaced and brought up to code.

We have a police levy on the ballot in May.  Most of the residents are complaining because of lack of police protection.  I have tried to get services from joining with other municipalities, but to no avail.  I encourage you to vote YES for the levy and help make our village a safe place to live.

Have a great day!
