Meeting Minutes

August 8, 2006

The meeting was called to order by Lowell @ 6:35 P.M.

Roll call: Lowell Hite, present; Bev Reese, present; Aaron Reedy, present, 1 open seat.

Visitors present: JoAnn Hite

Bev made a motion to approve the July 2006 meeting minutes. Lowell second. All yea.

Bev made a motion to accept the July 2006 Financial Statement. Lowell second. All yea.

Lowell said $225 of the Sureshot bill should have come out of Street fund since it was to clean a storm sewer drain. Aaron said he will make the adjustment.

Lowell said the $11.88 that was reimbursed to Steve Reedy for the batteries should have come out of the Street Fund. Aaron said they were purchased due to the water line break. Lowell said the water dept doesn’t have any signs. Aaron said he will take it before Council.

Bev asked about the legality of Michelle becoming the Village Administrator as well as the Village Secretary. Aaron said we wouldn’t be doing it if it were illegal.

Lowell asked about Michelle’s hours. JoAnn said Michelle isn’t here a lot. Bickering ensued. Aaron asked for adjournment if there was no other business.

Bev made a motion to adjourn. Lowell second. All yea.
