The meeting was called to order by Lowell @ 6:40 P.M.
Roll call:† Lowell Hite, present; Bev Reese, present; Aaron Reedy, present, 1 open seat.
Visitors present: †Michelle Shumaker (Village Secretary), Mary Barber (Mayor), †JoAnn Hite
Bev made a motion to approve the May 2006, meeting minutes.† Lowell second. All yea.†
Bev made a motion to accept the May 2006 Financial Statement.† Lowell second. All yea.
Michelle asked Lowell about the repair to the pump at the pumphouse.† He said it needs a new impeller.† Itís been sent out for repair.† He doesnít know how long it will be out.† The other existing pump will handle the job for now.
Lowell put a new meter in at Don Mooreís property on Monday.† It was leaking.† He also worked on the lid.
Michelle said she sent a bill to Chris Whightsel for $13.20 for the unpaid balance on Lot 4, but she hasnít heard anything yet.† She said Ron Clouse has still not paid his final bill of $13.89.
Lowell said at the Trailer Court at Lot #36, some kids filled in the shutoff well with stones.† He wants a lid.† Lowell told him to contact Chris Whightsel.
The board discussed the annexation of the Keck property and the removal of the water meter.
Bev made a motion to adjourn. Lowell second.† All yea.† Time is 7:10 P.M.
