Meeting Minutes

October 14, 2003

Lowell called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m.

Roll call: Lowell Hite – Present; Bev Reese – Present; Laura Clark – Present; Aaron Reedy, Clerk – Present

Laura made a motion to approve the September 2003 meeting minutes. Bev second. All yea.

JT Hilliard was present. He asked if the Board knew if there was any problem reading g meters. He doesn’t think it’s being read, or it’s not being read right. Lowell said he’d check on JT’s account.

Bev asked who was reading the meters. Lowell said the Walnut Creek Sewer District does. Bev asked how we could get them to read it, or read it right. Lowell said we’ve tried to get then to do it right for a long time. JoAnn and Lowell both said that we should wait until after the first of the year to see if the problem still persists because there may be a change in leadership.

Bev made a motion to approve the September 2003 Financial statement. Laura second. All yea.

Laura made a motion to pay bills and adjourn. Bev second. All yea. The time is 7:21 p.m.
