Meeting was called to order at 6:32 p.m.

Bev made a motion to approve the February 2003 meeting
minutes. Laura second. All yea.
Bev made a motion to approve the February 2003 Financial
statement. Laura second. All yea.
Lowell said they
didn’t read all the meters last month because of the snow. Some of the bills were estimates
Lowell said we
completed the 2003 USDA budget at the end of last month and sent it in. There was a five million gallon difference
between what Baltimore billed us
for, and what we charged residents for use.
We estimate the cost to the BOPA at about $10,000. Lowell said he
thinks it’s because the meter isn’t working properly in Baltimore. He’s going to talk to them about it.
Laura made a motion to pay bills and adjourn. Bev second.
