Meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m.

Roll call: Lowell Hite – Present; Bev Reese – Present; Laura Clark – Present; Aaron Reedy, Clerk – Present

Bev made a motion to approve the May 2002 meeting minutes. Laura second. All yea.

Laura made a motion to approve the May 2002 Financial statement. Bev second. All yea.

Lowell said Mark Evans called about putting another water meter in his apartment building. He asked about the cost of installation.

Bev made a motion to pay bills and adjourn. Laura second. All yea.
