Meeting Minutes

August 14, 2001

Meeting was called to order at 6:37 pm.

Roll call: Brenda Mathias – Present; Lowell Hite – Present; Rose Robertson – Present; Aaron Reedy, Clerk – Present

Brenda made a motion to approve the July 2001 meeting minutes with corrections. Rose second. All Yea.

Brenda made a motion to approve the June 2001 Financial statement. Rose second. All yea.

Lowell announced that the $16306.12 CD matures 8/18/2001. He will shop it around.

The board reviewed the past due list. The property on 2324 Baltimore-Somerset Road went up for Sheriff’s sale. Lowell submitted the bills to the appropriate authorities. Account # 230 mentioned she wanted to start paying on her past due bill. The property on 2429 Wilson Ave. sold at the Sheriff’s sale. Lowell sent the bill to the lawyer who was handling the transaction before the sale. On Lot # 29, the trailer is gone. Mr. Keller told them they couldn’t move it until they paid their water bill. They paid it.

Kay Haines moved. We need to apply her deposit to her bill. She owes just a little more than the $100 deposit.

Heather Smith is moving. We need to apply her deposit to her bill. She owes just a bit more than the $100 deposit.

As there was no more business to discuss, Rose made a motion to pay bills and adjourn. Brenda second. All yea. The time is 6:57 p.m.
