Meeting Minutes

April 10, 2001

Meeting was called to order at 6:48 pm.

Roll call: Brenda Mathias – Present; Lowell Hite – Present; Rose Robertson – Absent; Aaron Reedy, Clerk - Present

Brenda made a motion to approve the March 2001 meeting minutes. Lowell second. All Yea.

Brenda made a motion to approve the March 2001 Financial statement. Lowell second. All yea.

Lowell announced that we had received 3 quotes for painting the water tank:

Pittsburgh Tank - $16,000

Kessler Tank - $5,500

OTM Company - $3,800

OTM did the last inspection and did the interior tank work last time. Brenda made a motion to suggest to Thurston Village Council to accept the quote from OTM. Lowell second. All yea.

Aaron announced the Village website is up (www.thurstonohio.com).

As there was no more business to discuss, Brenda made a motion to pay bills and adjourn. Lowell second. All yea. The time is 7:04p.m.
